I tried the Pistachio Cream Strawberry Matcha and it was amazing! The flavors are really unique – the pistachio adds a creamy nuttiness, strawberry jam just the right amount of fruity sweetness, and the matcha balances everything with a smooth, earthy taste. It’s refreshing, not too sweet, and very satisfying. Highly recommend if you want to try something different and delicious

I’ve been to Bingbox with family and friends about five times now, mostly to try different flavors of bingsu. I’ve also lost count of how many times I’ve dropped by on $5 Matcha Mondays – their matcha latte, strawberry matcha latte, and mango matcha latte are all super nice (I usually go for those). Bingsu highlights: • My favorite flavors are the matcha ones, followed by hojicha, Thai milk tea, and lychee. • The matcha strawberry bingsu was amazing – the strong matcha flavor with the strawberry cream sauce was a perfect combo, and the chewy mochi made it even better! • The matcha pistachio bingsu, however, was a bit disappointing. The pistachio flavor overpowered the matcha, and the sauce itself wasn’t strong enough, so I wouldn’t order it again. • Today I tried the buy-one-get-one matcha deal. The corn milk matcha was interesting – the corn milk tasted good but too strong, completely masking the matcha. The strawberry pistachio matcha was better, but again, the strawberry+pistachio overtook the matcha flavor. Other menu items: I don’t really enjoy their pandan toast – the pandan flavor feels too strong and a bit overwhelming, but maybe that’s just because I’m not a big pandan fan. Customer service: The service here is always lovely. I’m usually served by the man with glasses (I think he might be the owner), and he always handles my takeaway orders with care. It makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall: Their bingsu is great when the flavors are balanced, and their fruit layers (strawberry, mango) are always fresh and refreshing. I’ll definitely keep coming back, especially for the matcha and fruit drinks, but I’ll be more selective with the bingsu flavors.

ORDERED: Pandan mochi bingsu: Bing Box's signature. Coconut milk base served with creamy pandan sauce using 24 hrs pandan extract. Homemade pandan jelly, honey pearls, shredded and coconut chips on the side. Pandan mochi on top ($22.80) REVIEW: I like the creative point behind the mochi bingsu. It's fun and interactive when I cut into a blob of wrapped mochi to let the sauce coat the shaved bingsu below! However, in order to efficiently eat this I've figured out you need to completely shred the mochi - you shouldn't leave the skin as a big piece cause it gets real unwieldy to eat. Pandan flavour was fragrant and relied heavily on the sauce. The additions (jelly, pearls, shredded coconut) added much needed texture. Service was standard and so was atmosphere which is why I've given it a 3/5. Friendly and a clean environment.

This is the best dessert shop in Melbourne -I think. I have tried most of the desserts here and all of them are homemade and delicious and no artificial flavour. My favourite one is corn milk matcha and Mango matcha mochi bingsu. Staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Who knew Bingsu + Mochi = is the combo I never knew I needed! I’m been obsessed with anything mochi FEATURED: Pandan Coconut Milk Toast [$19.50] Fresh Mango Mochi Bingsu [$22.80] The pandan toast takes around 15 minutes, but it’s well worth the wait. Perfectly crisp on the outside with a soft, pillowy center—topped with a rich pandan coconut jam that’s beautifully balanced and not overly sweet. Just right!

Dropped by The Bing Box for dessert and was pleasantly surprised! We tried the Pistachio Chocolate Bingsu and it was really good — refreshing, not too sweet, and had a nice nutty crunch. The texture of the shaved ice was super fine and soft, and the toppings were generous without feeling heavy. Also had a Thai Milk Tea which paired perfectly with the dessert. Cute presentation and a great spot to chill after dinner. Would definitely come back to try other flavours!
